Bhubaneswar: Vigilance sleuths on Monday conducted simultaneous raids on the houses of Sunil Kumar Panda, Chief Engineer–cum-Chief Electrical Inspector, Sambalpur, based on the allegation of acquisition of disproportionate assets.
Separate teams of Odisha Vigilance comprising of 2 DSPs, 9 Inspectors, 2 ASIs, and other staff, on the strength of Search Warrants issued by Special Judge Vigilance, Sambalpur, conducted searches at the following places in Sambalpur and Khordha district.
1) His residential building located at Flat No. 201, Block-A, Green Park Residency, Sambalpur,
2) Parental house in Flat No. 203, Block- A, Green Park Residency, Sambalpur,
3) Flat No. H-022 of the Cosmopolis Project at Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar,
4) His office chamber located at O/o Chief Electrical Inspector, Western Zone, Sambalpur, Left Lane-4, Jagannath Colony, Budharaja, Sambalpur
Meanwhile, the search is in progress.
