Bhubaneswar: The State Government on Friday effected a minor reshuffle in which Municipal Commissioner of Bhubaneswar, Sanjay Kumar Singh was transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Information and Public Relations Department.
Singh, a 1997-batch IAS officer will remain in additional charge of Vice Chairman of Bhubaneswar Development Authority and CMD of Bhubaneswar Smart City Ltd (BSCL), a notification stated of GA Department stated.
