Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has appointed senior IAS officer Saswata Mishra, currently Principal Secretary to the Finance Department and Chairman of the Industrial Development Corporation of Odisha (IDCO), as the new Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
The appointment was made official through a notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department on Sunday.
“Shri Saswata Mishra, IAS (RR-1996), Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department, with additional charge of Chairman, IDCO, is appointed as Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Odisha,” the notification read.
Mishra will continue to hold his additional charges as Principal Secretary to the Finance Department and Chairman of IDCO.
