Bhubaneswar: A team of expert doctors from SCB Medical College and Hospital has arrived in Malkangiri district to provide quality healthcare services under the Mukhyamantri Vayu Swasthya Seva Yojana.
The team, comprising specialists in Anesthesiology, Urology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, and Neurology, will provide treatment and expert services at Malkangiri District Headquarters Hospital until December 6.
Over 500 patients from across the district have registered for specialist services, and the medical team is conducting preliminary examinations and preparing patients for treatment. Modern equipment and instruments have been installed to facilitate treatment.
The district’s residents have expressed gratitude to the state government, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, and Health Minister Dr. Mukesh Mahaling for bringing quality medical facilities to the remote area.
