Bhubaneswar: The School and Mass Education department of Odisha will be hosting a plenary session on Day 3 at the ongoing Make In Odisha Conclave 2022. The session will showcase Odisha’s efforts in transforming education in the State and discuss/explore opportunities to partner and collaborate for Transforming School Education for Future Ready Odisha.
A panel discussion on “Transforming School Education” will be hosted by Aswathy S, Commissioner-cum-Secretary of School and Mass Education department. Upendra Tripathy-Principal Advisor Education to Chief Minister, Dhir Jhingran, Founder Director, Language and Learning Foundation, and Dr Jayshree Oza- Senior Advisor and Board Member, Central Square Foundation will participate in the discussion.
This will be followed by a session on Transformation towards Aspiration- Stakeholder Perspectives, where multiple stakeholders from the prestigious 5T High School Transformation program will share their experiences and insights.
The session will also be attended by Chief Minister Naveen Pattnaik to:
– Release a Coffee Table Book on the 5000 crore plus 5T-High School Transformation project
– Launch a video and inaugurate 6 new Academic buildings and 32 Girls’ Hostel of OAV
– Release a Coffee Table Book & Calendar for OAV and
– Dedicate 30 District Resource Centers for children with Special Needs.
The session at the MIO Conclave’22 aims to bring together educators, experts and investors to share perspectives and engage in a dialogue on the topic Transforming School Education for Future Ready Odisha. The session will see participation from educators, partners, investors and various education related departments/officials.
