Schools Reopen For Class X, XII In Odisha Amid COVID-19 Protocols

Bhubaneswar: After being shut for almost nine months, schools for Class X and XII reopened across Odisha on Friday while following the COVID guidelines.

Wearing masks, maintaining social distance, hand washing and screening before entering the school premises or classroom has been made mandatory for students.

As informed by School & Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash earlier, there will be 100 days of classroom teaching including Saturday and Sundays. The classes will be held till April 28.

As informed by the Minister earlier, no classroom should have students more than 20-25 and there will be no reduction in the syllabus as it has already been reduced to 30.
