Bhubaneswar: The State Election Commission (SEC) today issued a notification ordering for holding of fresh poll (re-poll) in booth no.03 (Ward no.02), booth nos. 8 & 9 (Ward no.5), booth no.16 (Ward no.9), booth no.17,18 (Ward no. 10) of Dhamnagar NAC on April 5 between 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM.
The notification said that the counting of votes of all Wards shall be held on April 6 from 8.00 AM onwards.
It is pertinent to mention here that the counting of votes in all Wards for Councillor and Chairperson of Dhamnagar NAC was postponed by the SEC on March 25 as election could not be held in the aforementioned booths due to disruption on the day of the poll.
