Bhubaneswar: 1998 batch IAS officer Vishal Gagan at present Special Secretary to Government, Industries Department (OIEPO), is allowed to remain in additional charge of Resident Commissioner, New Delhi until further order, said a notification issued by the Home Department on Monday.
On the other hand, according to the notification1998 batch IPS officer Ravi Kant at present Resident Commissioner, New Delhi has been transferred and posted as OSD, Home Department with immediate effect.
