Bhubaneswar: Attending a national webinar to discuss how to deal with the growing uncertainty during the COVID-19 pandemic and to manage stress during these unprecedented times, senior OAS Officer Dillip Routray on Saturday shared his ABC mantra to effectively cope up with stress.
Routray, who is an expert on issues relating to “stress management” was the Chief Speaker in the webinar jointly organised by Parichay Foundation and Karma Foundation.
Sharing his vast knowledge on the subject with the audience, he drew the attention of people on the impact of stress on their physical and mental health and focused on the importance of managing stress to lead a quality life.
Routray spoke about maintaining the right ‘Attitude’, having a firm ‘Belief’ in oneself and also the importance of a strong and sterling ‘Character’ as a part of his ABC mantra.
The talk was followed by a Q&A session in which people from all over the country raised pertinent questions and Routray enlightened the audience allaying their fears and queries with his expertise.
Founder President of Parichay Foundation, Rosalin Patasani Mishra, had initiated this discussion to help people tide over such an unprecedented situation. The session was moderated by Founder of Karma Foundation, Dhwani Jain, who pointed out that the times of stress are also times that are signals for growth if we use appropriate coping mechanisms.
