Septuagenarian Habishyali Falls Ill, Dies On Puri Srimandir Premises

Puri: A 73-year-old Habishyali breathed her last on the Puri Jagannath Temple premises after having darshan of the sibling deities on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as Fakir Dhalua from Odisha’s Nayagarh district.

According to reports, the Habishyali had come to Puri to pray during the holy month of Kartik. After having a darshan of the deities, she was taking some rest at the Nilachal garden on the Jagannath Temple premises. However, she suddenly fell ill and became unconscious.

She was rushed to Puri District Headquarters Hospital where the doctors declared her dead.
