Bhubaneswar: Servitors of Puri Jagannath Temple called on Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and wished him following the order of Supreme Court on Srimandir Parikrama Project. The servitors said they were very happy after the apex court dismissed a petition seeking stay order on the project.
They reqeusted the Chief Minister to expedite the Parikrama project which the servitors said will transform the pilgrim town for good. The servitors presented a ‘Khandua Pata’ to Naveen on the occasion. This apart, discussions pertaining to the upcoming Rath Yatra festival.
Secretary to CM (5T) VK Pandian and Organisational Secretary of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) Pranab Prakash Das were also present during the informal meeting held at Naveen Nivas today.
