Bhubaneswar: Commissionerate Police busted a sex racket and rescued four women from Khandagiri area in Bhubaneswar. According to reports, a woman from Nayagarh had brought the girls by illegal trafficking. They were illegally detained at the house and were forced into the racket.
Acting on a tip-off, Khandagiri police raided the house and rescued four girls who were illegally detained there. All the rescued girls are Odisha natives. Police are interrogating the house owner. Many objectionable items have been seized from here.
It is worth mentioning here that a few days ago the police rescued a minor girl from the Madhupatna police limits in Cuttack. The girl was allegedly forced into prostitution by some agents.
