Cuttack: The Orissa High Court today served notice to the Odisha government seeking its response on the Puri Shree Jagannath Temple ‘Ratna Bhandar’ key missing case.
The High Court while hearing a petition filed by one Dilip Baral of Puri seeking its direction to make the report of Justice Raghubir Das Commission of Enquiry public, served notices to the Chief Secretary and the Law Secretary to submit their response in the matter.
The petitioner has alleged that the State government has not followed the Commission of Enquiry Act.
Despite Justice Raghubir Das Commission of Enquiry submitting its report to the Law Department after conducting an enquiry in the Ratna Bhandar key missing case, the government has not made it public, Baral has alleged in his petition.
While admitting the petition, the High Court has served notices to the opposite parties.
The High Court has fixed July 10 as the next date for conducting a hearing on the matter.
