Balasore: Six girl students were admitted to the Community Health Centre (CHC) in Soro after falling ill following the consumption of deworming pills at their school on Monday.
According to reports, the students were administered the deworming medication during school hours in the afternoon. Shortly after taking the pills, they began vomiting and complained of severe discomfort.
Concerned family members rushed the affected students to the CHC, where they are currently undergoing treatment.
T he exact cause of their adverse reaction is yet to be determined, and authorities are investigating the incident.
