Paradeep: A speeding Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) hit 10 roadside vendors within the jurisdiction of the Paradeep Marine Police limits before crashing into a wooden bridge on Monday evening.
According to reports, two vendors sustained critical injuries in the incident. They have been admitted to the nearby Govt Hospital at Atharbanki.
Following the accident, enraged locals apprehended the four occupants of the SUV and assaulted them.
Upon receiving information, the Paradeep Marine Police arrived at the scene and began an investigation into the matter.
