Bhubaneswar: The Authorized Officer, Special Court, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar on Monday passed an order for confiscating immovable and movable assets to the tune of Rs 2,18,92579 of former Superintending Engineer, RWSS Circle, Cuttack Bipin Bihari Panda in a confiscation case.
According to an official press release, immovable assets which includes two numbers of buildings and three numbers of plots at Bhubaneswar and Berhampur and movable assets (cash and deposits).
Panda was earlier charge sheeted by Odisha Vigilance under section 13 (2) read with 13 (1) (e) PC Act. 1988 for possession of above referred assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
