Stone Laid For Renovation Of Satyanagar Crematorium

Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar Mayor Sulochana Das along with Bhubaneswar Central MLA Ananta Narayan Jena laid the foundation stone for the renovation of Satyanagar Crematorium on Friday.

Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has planned to renovate Satyanagar Crematorium at an estimated cost of Rs 2.34 crore.

The Crematorium will have a waiting area, store, office block, toilet block, parking, etc.

Landscaping and improvement of the crematorium area will be undertaken. A gas-based crematorium and much more will be set up.

BMC Additional Commissioner, Standing Committee Chairperson, local Corporator and  Team BMC were present during the foundation laying ceremony.
