Balasore: It was a gory sight on the road connecting Cinema Chhak with College near the backside gate of the district headquarters hospital here where stray dogs were seen devouring bodies of newborns today.
According to reports, more than two bodies of newborns lying in front of the Siddhi Vinayak temple were seen being eaten by stray dogs. Locals who spotted the incident informed the police.
However, it is not yet clear whether the bodies had floated out through the hospital’s drain or those were dumped there by someone.
