Karanjia(Mayurbhanj): Students of Dudhiani Panchayat High School of Purunapani today staged a dharna in front of the Sub Collector’s office here to highlight various problems of their school.
The students who had walked for nearly 25 km from Purunapani to reach the Sub Collector’s office sat on dharna demanding electric connection to their school, construction of the school’s boundary wall, sinking of a new tube well in the school premises and construction of school hostel.
Karanjia BDO Hrudananda Odha who was present at the Sub Collector’s office said that he will be speaking to the students to ascertain their demands and would try to find a solution.
