Bhubaneswar: The Women and Child Development Department has distributed adequate application forms for the Subhadra Scheme to all districts. The forms will be available for beneficiaries starting today, and the registration process will commence tomorrow, Sunday.
The department has emphasized that all procedures related to the scheme are free of cost. Application forms can be obtained from–
– Anganwadi Centers
– Block Offices
– Municipal Offices
– Mo Seva Kendras
– Jana Seva Kendras
Applicants can submit the filled forms at the nearest Mo Seva Center or Jana Seva Kendra.
Eligibility criteria:
– Aadhaar Card/Number in the beneficiary’s name
– Single-holder bank account linked with Aadhaar card
– Active DBT-enabled bank account
– Mobile number linked with Aadhaar card
The department has warned against misleading news and advised applicants to follow official guidelines to ensure a smooth registration process.
The ‘Subhadra’ scheme has been launched to strengthen the social and economic status of women in Odisha.
Around 1 crore women will benefit from this scheme, which aims to improve their socio-economic status, Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida said today
