Bhubaneswar: The women-focused financial assistance under the Subhadra Yojana will be provided three times in 2025, announced Odisha’s Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida, on Monday.
Speaking to the media, Dy. CM Parida explained that beneficiaries of the Subhadra scheme will receive financial support in three phases during 2025.
The first phase will be disbursed before March 8 and two more phases will be released on International Women’s Day (March 8) and Raksha Bandhan.
Additionally, the Deputy Chief Minister mentioned that a comprehensive field survey will be completed in the first week of January 2025, and the detailed findings will help shape the next steps for the government.
She emphasized that every effort is being made to ensure no eligible beneficiary is left out.
“We are taking the time to carefully include everyone under the Subhadra scheme, ensuring that no one is excluded,” she added.
