Bhubaneswar: Vigilance sleuths on Friday conducted simultaneous raids on the houses and property associated with Biswajit Mohapatra, Additional District Magistrate, Sundargarh, based on the allegation of possession of disproportionate assets.
Separate teams of Odisha Vigilance comprising of 8 DSPs, 2 Inspectors, 5 ASIs, and other staff, on the strength of search warrants issued by Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar, are conducting searches at the following places.
1) His residential house located at Rudrapur, Balianta, Bhubaneswar
2) Flat at Plot No 5/288, IRC Village, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar
3) House at native Village – Redhua, Raghunathpur, Jagatsinghpur
4) Relatives’ house at Village – Jadatira, Po-Manijanga, Jagatsinghpur
5) Official residence located at Sundargarh town.
6) Official chamber located at Collectorate Sundargarh.
7) Residential accommodation of relative located at OCL Campus, Rajgangpur
Meanwhile, the search is in progress.
