Berhampur: Migrant workers from Surat, Maharashtra and Ernakulam in Kerala are making their way back home in trains as they arrive at Jagannathpur railway station of Ganjam district. They are then sent to their respective native places by buses and four-wheelers.
Early morning today a train carrying 1161 people from Ernakulam arrived at Jagannathpur railway station. Later in the day, three separate trains from Surat carrying 1200 migrants will arrive at 11.30 am, followed by 1190 at 1.30 pm and 1150 at 4.30 pm.
