**Dhenkanal: ** In a dramatic course of events, BJD Supremo Naveen Patnaik on Sunday held a get together in his residence where senior parliamentarian Tathagata Satpathy and former minister Debi Prashad Mishra dumped their past differences and pledged to work together for the party.
According to sources, Tathagat, who had embarrassed the party calling Mishra and some other BJD leaders ‘thieves’, personally apologised to the former Minister in the meeting in presence of Naveen Patnaik. Senior party leader Pratap Keshari Deb and Pranab Prakas Das were also present at the meeting. The leaders also took selfies on this occasion.
After the Meeting, Tathagat tweeted, “After meeting Hon’ble CM today with Debi babu, Bobby babu and Pratap babu. Resolved to strengthen BJD against fascist forces.”

Notably, addressing a public meeting at Hindol in Dhenkanal district on June 7, the MP outrightly accused the Congress and BJP to be thieves. He also termed some members of his own party BJD to be thieves. Later, he regretted for his audaciously outspokenness and blunt tongue.
