Bhubaneswar: The maximum temperature is likely to increase further by two to three degree Celsius over the districts of Interior Odisha during the next one day, informed the regional centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday.
It will be above normal by three to five degree Celsius at many places over the districts of Odisha during next 3-4 days, added the local Meteorological Centre. It advised people to take precautionary measures for hot weather while going outside during the daytime (around 11 AM -03 PM).
Till 11.30 AM today, the temperature was highest in Jharsuguda with 40.4 degree Celsius. It was followed by Sambalpur with 39, Keonjhar with 38.8, Hirakud with 38.2, Balasore with 38, Bhubaneswar with 37.6, Chandbali with 37, Puri with 32.8, Paradip with 32, and Gopalpur with 30.8 degree Celsius.
