Three Killed As Car Hits Bike On Puri Bypass Road In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: In a tragic road accident, three youths were killed after a car hit their bike near Tankapani Saimandir on Puri Bypass Road under Badagada police station in Bhubaneswar.

The victims, riding a Honda bike, were hit by a car while travelling in the wrong direction late Monday night. A speeding car hit them, leaving them seriously injured.

The injured were rushed to Capital Hospital, where they were declared dead.

Local police reached the spot and seized the bodies for autopsy. The car owner has been detained, and the damaged bike and car have been seized.

Police are investigating to ascertain the identity of the victims and determine the exact cause of death. The CCTV footage in nearby shops is being examined.
