Three Killed As Old Apartment Collapses In Cuttack

Cuttack: In a devastating incident, a balcony of an old apartment collapsed onto a small asbestos-roofed room, claiming the lives of three individuals, including a five-year-old child.

The unfortunate accident that occurred near Manisahu Chhak in Buxi Bazar, Cuttack, also left some others severely injured.

The victims were rushed to SCB Medical College and Hospital (SCBMCH) for treatment, where three of them, identified as Abdul Mujahid (5), Abdul Jalil, and Abdul Jahid, were declared dead. They all belong to one family.

The other two injured individuals are currently undergoing treatment in critical condition.
