Three Killed As SUV Hits Stationary Truck In Bargarh

Bargarh: In a tragic incident, three persons were killed and two others were critically injured after a speeding Scorpio SUV hit a stationary truck at Ghess under Melchhamunda police limits in Bargarh.

The Scorpio vehicle, carrying five passengers, was on its way to Chhattisgarh when it rammed into the stationary truck. The vehicle was severely damaged.

One passenger died on the spot, while two others succumbed to the injuries at a nearby health centre. The two critically injured persons were shifted to Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (VIMSAR) at Burla in Sambalpur.

However, the identity of the deceased persons remains unclear. Police launched an investigation to find out their address.
