Three Killed In Truck-Bike Collision In Jharsuguda

Jharsuguda: In a tragic incident, three persons were killed on Tuesday in a head-on collision between a truck and a bike on national highway no. 49 near Sanyasipalli under Kolabira police limits in Jharsuguda district.

According to reports, the deceased who were on the ill-fated bike were employees of Vedanta and hailed from the neighbouring state of Jharkhand.

On being informed, Kolabira police reached the spot and have seized the bodies. Police have shifted the bodies to the nearest hospital for autopsy.

Further investigation by the police into the accident is underway.
