Three Youths Run Over By Pick-Up Van In Baragarh

Baragarh: In a tragic accident, three youths were killed after their bike was run over by a pick-up van occurred on Thursday on the Mahulpali Bridge under Bheden police station in Baragarh district on Thursday evening.

The victims, identified as Padman Thapa, Akash Podha, and Padmalochana Thapa, were returning home after participating in a cricket match in Bedenbahal village.

According to reports, the three bikers were riding together when a pickup van collided with them from behind on the Mahulpali Bridge. Three bikers died on the spot.

The cricket team from Bajenmunda village had participated in the match and won. However, their celebration was short-lived, as the accident occurred while they were returning home.

The police have seized the bodies and sent them for post-mortem. They have also seized the bike involved in the accident and registered a case.
