Bhubaneswar: Six Odisha district are likely experience thundershowers with lightning within three hours, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
Going by IMD nowcast, Keonjhar, Angul, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Jagatsingpur, and Kendrapara will be affected thundershowers with lightning by in the next three hours.
The IMD has issued a Yellow warning to these districts and advised residents to stay alert and take precautions, including moving to safer places to avoid the risk of lightning.
