Bhubaneswar: Thunderstorm with lightning accompanied by light to moderate rain is very likely to affect some parts of the districts of Ganjam and Gajapati within next three hours, according to a nowcast warning issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) at 3.15 PM on Tuesday.
The IMD has issued a ‘Yellow’ warning for the aforementioned districts.
The weather agency has advised people to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strike.
