Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a nowcast warning for moderate thunderstorms with rain and lightning in three Odisha districts.
The warning is valid from 9:59 am to 12:59 pm today.
According to the nowcast warning, Bhadrak, Jagatsinghpur and Kendrapara districts are likely to experience moderate thunderstorms with rain and lightning.
Residents in these districts are advised to be cautious of lightning strikes and strong winds.
The IMD has urged people to keep a close watch on the weather and be prepared to move to safer locations if conditions worsen.
