Bhubaneswar: TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL) has notified residents of several areas in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack about planned power outages tomorrow, February 11, to facilitate essential mechanical upgradation, repair, and electrical maintenance activities.
The shutdowns, aimed at improving infrastructure and ensuring long-term reliability of power supply, will affect multiple localities across the two cities at different time slots throughout the day. TPCODL has apologized for the inconvenience caused to consumers.
In Bhubaneswar, the following areas will experience power cuts:Kalinganagar, Dumduma area, Xavier Pal Heights area, and Nayapally Rental area: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Badagada Brahmaswar area, Unit-4 area, and Unit-9 area: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Barang area and Dhauli Hitech area: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Baramunda SIRF area: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Delta Baramuda area: 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
Unit-9 Road area: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Rasulgarh area: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Gautam Nagar area: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Old Town Gangua area: 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Mancheswar VSS Nagar area: 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Badagarh Kedargauri area, Vasishta Nagar, Sriram Nagar, Bada Sahi, and Tinta Sagar area: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Khupuria area: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Sishu Bhawan Town Hall area: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM
Bidanasi area: 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM
Kandarpur All India Radio area: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Chauliaganj area: 10:30 AM to 1:25 PM
Consumers in these localities are advised to make necessary arrangements in advance, such as charging essential devices and avoiding use of heavy electrical appliances during the outage periods. TPCODL has assured that all efforts will be made to complete the works on schedule and restore supply at the earliest.
