The high-profile event will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and other dignitaries.

Commissioner of Police Suresh Dev Datta Singh stated that the restrictions are aimed at ensuring the safety of VIPs and VVIPs while maintaining smooth traffic flow.

He urged the public to plan their routes in advance to avoid congestion in restricted areas.

No vehicles are allowed to ply on the roads and its connecting lane and by lane on the date and time as mentioned below:

Movement of vehicles will be prohibited on the stretch from Airport Residential Chhak to T Junction (Pani Tanki Chhak) and its connecting lanes and bylanes during specified hours on November 28 and 29.

The restrictions have been imposed under Section 28 of the Odisha Urban Police Act, 2003, and Regulation 36 of the Bhubaneswar-Cuttack Police Commissionerate (Traffic and Public Order) Regulations, 2008.

The Commissionerate Police has advised citizens to cooperate and follow alternative routes during this period.

Additional personnel will be deployed to manage traffic and ensure public convenience during the high-security event.
