Koraput: A truck reportedly lost control and fell nearly 80 feet down on the Jeypore Ghati Road in Koraput district on Wednesday, leaving the driver seriously injured.
The accident occurred near the Gangeisuni temple at the starting point of the Jeypore Ghati Road. The driver was rescued from the spot and rushed to a hospital by police, where he is undergoing treatment. Traffic movement on the road remained normal after the incident.
Upon being informed, Jeypore Sadar police reached the spot and have started an investigation to ascertain the cause of the accident.
