Keonjhar: Tuhina Mardi, a tribal girl from Odisha’s Keonjhar district has excelled in the Delhi Judicial Service Examination.
Tuhina, who hails from Rajbandh village under Sadar block in Keonjhar, has brought glory to the district by securing first place in the Scheduled Castes category of the Delhi Judicial Service Examination. She passed the examination conducted by Delhi High Court in 2022 with flying colours.
“I am extremely glad to pass the DJS exam on the first attempt. I had earlier appeared for the Odisha Judicial Service exam by failed to qualify,” said a gleaming Tuhina.
Tuhina did her schooling at Delhi Public School in Nalco, Angul district, in 2009 and passed her BBA-LLB from the National Law College Cuttack in 2014. After she failed to qualify for the Odisha Judicial Service exam, Tuhina joined the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India as Group B Manager.
Tuhina and her family members were overjoyed after receiving the news of her success. Tuhina’s father Sunaram Mardi is a retired public sector company official. She lost her mother when she was just 6 years old.
Sunaram has two sons, and Tuhina is his only daughter.
