Bhubaneswar: Dhauli police have arrested two persons on charges of thrashing a Traffic Constable on duty in Lingipur area of the Capital city.
According to reports, the Traffic Constable on duty had intercepted these bikers for allegedly driving on the wrong side without helmets.
Enraged over being intercepted by the Traffic Constable, the bikers claiming themselves to be localities allegedly slapped and lobbed blows at the constable.
They were arrested after the Traffic Constable lodged a complaint with the Dhauli police.
