Bhubaneswar: In a tragic incident, two youths were killed after their bike collided with a truck on NH 20 near Ghasipura police station in Keonjhar district.
Another youth was seriously injured. The deceased youths have been identified as Shubham Dehuri (18) and Dipun Khatua (18) of Naduan Colony under Ghasipura police station. The injured youth has been identified as Deepak Dehuri (17).
Shubham, Dipun, and Deepak were riding a bike when they collided with a truck on the national highway at around 6 pm today. Dipun died on the spot. Shubham was declared dead at Anandpur hospital. Deepak has been shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack in a critical condition.
Following the accident that left two dead, locals created a ruckus. Ghasipura police reached the spot, brought the situation under control, and seized the vehicle.
