Bhubaneswar: Two persons went missing in the Ib River at Brajrajnagar in Jharsuguda while bathing. According to police, the missing persons are Sohan Palewal and Mangilal Palewal, residents of Rajasthan.
Sohan and Mangilal, accompanied by friends, had gone to bathe in the river when they slipped into deep water.
A search operation was conducted by Gandhichak police and the fire department, but their whereabouts remained unknown until evening.
The police said that the duo had come from Rajasthan and established small jalebi shops at Gandhi Chhak area in Brajrajnagar.
