Two Killed In Car-Dumper Head-On Collision In Odisha’s Balasore

Balasore: Two persons were killed on Sunday after the car they were travelling by collided head-on with a speeding dumper at Kuruda overbridge under Sadar police limits in Odisha’s Balasore district.

The deceased have been identified as Srikant Panda and Mayadhar Raj, both residents of Balasore district.

The dumper driver fled the spot soon after the fatal accident.

On being informed, police reached the spot and sent the bodies for post-mortem. The police have launched an investigation into the accident and a manhunt for the absconding dumper driver.
