Bhawanipatna: Around seven persons sustained minor injuries after the two cars in which they were travelling fell from a height as a bridge collapsed. The incident took place near Bhagirathi Park when the two families were travelling from Bhawanipatna to Phurlijharana on State Highway 44. Two among the injured are minor children. The locals rushed to the spot and rescued the seven persons and sent them to the district headquarters hospital.
