Cuttack: Two youths drowned while bathing in the Kathajodi River near the Blue Lagoon Hotel on Puri Ghat Ring Road in Cuttack city on Tuesday .
According to reports, the victims, identified as 19-year-old Shubham Das of Mahidasbazar and 19-year-old Lipu Das of Kazibazar, had entered the river for a bath when they were swept away by the current.
Upon receiving information, Fire Service personnel launched a search operation and retrieved the bodies.
