Two Villagers Hacked To Death By Maoists In Chhattisgarh

Bhubaneswar: Maoists brutally killed two men in a village near the border of Malkangiri district on Monday night.

The incident occurred in Bugdicheru village under the Tarrem police station limits. The deceased have been identified as Karam Raju (32) and Madvi Munna (27), both residents of Chhattisgarh’s Bijapur district.

According to reports, unidentified Maoists slit the throats of the two villagers with a sharp-edged weapon, causing their death on the spot. Upon receiving the information, Bijapur police, along with a forensic team, reached the spot and launched an investigation.
