Rourkela: Two youths were allegedly found brutally murdered in an abandoned house in Construction Colony locality under Tangarpalli police limits of Rourkela city today.
According to reports, the deceased youths were locals and have been identified as Sanjay Das and Indrajit Swain of Lal Tanki area. Both are aged between 28-30 years.
The assailants had used sharp weapons and boulders to murder Sanjay and Indrajit. The assailants after committing the murders inside the abandoned house had thrown the bodies outside and fled the spot.
While the motive behind the double murder is not known, Tangarpalli police have launched an investigation into the matter.
