Unexpected Death: Kalei Sarpanch Dies Of Heart Attack In Bhadrak

Bhubaneswar: Niranjan Mallik, the Sarpanch of Kalei panchayat under Bhadrak Panchayat Samiti, passed away due to a heart attack on Monday night.

Mallik, a former Samiti member, was declared dead by doctors at the Bhadrak District Headquarters Hospital.

According to reports, he was sleeping when the attack occurred. Despite family members’ attempts to wake him in the morning, he didn’t respond.

Mallik was subsequently rushed to Bhadrak District Headquarters Hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

The news has sent shockwaves through the panchayat, with locals mourning the loss of a dedicated leader.
