Koraput: A youth had a narrow escape when unidentified miscreants today fired at him in Jeypore town in Koraput district.
According to reports, today while Adarsh Agarwal (35), son of a prominent local businessman Pawan Agarwal was returning home after closing his showroom at Bariniput, unidentified miscreants fired two rounds at him at Laxmi Chhak on National Highway no.26 near Dengatota cremation ground.
Adarsh was lucky as the bullets missed him. The miscreants fled the spot after firing the shots.
Jeypore Town police have seized two 9 mm empty cartridges from the spot and have launched a manhunt to nab the culprits.
