Two Run Over By Unidentified Vehicle While Shooing Away Bulls In Jajpur

Bhubaneswar: Two persons died after being run over by an unidentified vehicle at Dankari Square under Jenapur police station in Jajpur district, on Wednesday.

The deceased have been identified as Nabaghana Parida of Chadheisara village and Sanatan Samal of Lunibar village.

According to reports, Nabaghana and Sanatan were trying to chase away wild bulls that were damaging crops in their paddyfields in the early morning hours. While sitting or sleeping near the roadside field, they were run over by unidentified vehicles.

Upon being informed, Jenapur police have reached the accident site and initiated an investigation into the incident. The exact circumstances surrounding the accident are yet to be determined.
