Bhubaneswar: Union Home Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to visit Odisha for two days. Although the exact dates are yet to be confirmed, BJP state president Manmohan Samal has assured that the details will be announced once the programme is finalized.
Shah’s visit is significant, especially considering Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent three-day visit to Odisha. Modi is also expected to visit Odisha twice in January. Additionally, Shah’s visit is planned for the end of this month, said sources.
During his visit, Shah is likely to attend a training programme for MLAs in Bhubaneswar and may also visit Sambalpur. Furthermore, he is expected to inaugurate some development projects during his trip.
