Bhubaneswar: Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today visited Puri Jagannath Temple, accompanied by Deputy CM Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo.
He was welcomed by administrative officials, including the Agriculture Secretary and the Chief Administrator of Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA), Arabinda Kumar Padhee.
Chouhan, accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo, offered prayers and sought the blessing of the sibling deities.
After the darshan, Chouhan interacted with the media, discussing the launch of the Union Government’s Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan from Puri.
After seeking blessings from Lord Jagannath, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will participate in a tree plantation programme at Sakshigopal Krishi Vigyan Kendra.
